Healthcare Facilities: Analytics-Driven Command Centers

Analytics-Driven Command Centers:  Making an Impact

Command Centers help hospitals use the plethora of data being collected about patients to streamline the patient journey, optimize staff and resources, and improve patient outcomes.  Andy Day, Managing Principal, GE Healthcare Partners will present the fundamentals of command centers  - how they are structured, how they function, and what outcomes they bring.  Case study of Humber River Hospital Command Center will look at the planning process, the challenges that the team faced, the project outcomes and their subsequent implementation of a hospital command center to continue their journey of efficiency, quality and patient / caregiver experience.

1.5 LU/HSW AIA credits are available.
