*FULL* INTER/SECTIONS: The Work of Janet Echelman

BSA Space and the BSA Foundation are proud to host the Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy’s first in a series of moderated, artist-based discussions and events entitled INTER/SECTIONS.

Please join this kickoff event featuring world-renowned artist Janet Echelman whose work engages the intersection of contemporary art, architecture, and craft in the context of life in the city. Moderated by 2015 BSA President Tim Love AIA, this event will feature a presentation on Echelman’s latest installation on the Greenway, followed by a conversation between the artist, Smithsonian American Art Museum curator Nicholas Bell, and Harvard Art Museum curator Mary Schneider Enriquez.

After the program, explore BSA Space's newest exhibition, Bigger than a Breadbox, Smaller than a Building, which explores public art installation as a means for architects to experiment with new and innovative techniques.

This event is *FULL*

This program is presented by: The Richard and Susan Smith Family Foundation, ArtPlace America, The Lynch Foundation, National Endowment for the Arts, The Fund for the Arts, a public art program of the New England Foundation for the Arts, Bank of America, Massachusetts Cultural Council, and Boston Cultural Council.
