Finding Your Superpower!

Trying to figure out what to do next in your career? Feel ready for a change? Join us for this interactive workshop to clarify your goals, find your superpower and set your path for the future!

Determining your strengths and weaknesses is an integral part of professional development, particularly in creative fields. The path to success in various design disciplines isn’t always linear, which can be freeing, exciting, and also intimidating! Among our strengths and weaknesses, we all have some dominant gift – our SUPERPOWER. In this interactive discussion, participants will work through a series of exercises designed to help each person discover and strengthen their own superpower.

You will learn to:
- Think creatively and strategically about your skills and strengths (articulate your superpower!)
- Articulate how your strengths and your career goals align
- Discover new opportunities and potential for growth within your work now or position your work now as a launching pad to the next phase of your career

Please bring a notepad and pen to this interactive session, and be prepared to engage in small group discussions!
