COVID-19 Safety Guidelines

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Boston Society for Architecture remains open to members and the public. We are committed to the health and well-being of everyone in our community, and seek to ensure the safety of all who participate in activities, programs, and events that take place on our premises.

As of January 15, 2022, in adherence with the City of Boston’s B Together policy:

  • All visitors to BSA and attendees at BSA-sponsored events are required to be vaccinated, and will need to present proof of vaccination to BSA staff.
  • Face masks must be worn at all times, fully covering both nose and mouth.

In addition, in order to foster an inclusive community that respects everyone’s well-being, we ask everyone to:

  • Be mindful of other guests and colleagues and maintain distance between others whenever possible.
  • Do not come to an onsite activity if, in the 5 days leading up to your visit, you or anyone in your household has tested positive, experienced COVID-19 symptoms, or if you have come into close contact with anyone confirmed or suspected of having COVID-19.

The safety and well-being of our shared community is our top priority. BSA events and in-person activities will continue comply with all local and Massachusetts state guidelines for in-person, indoor gatherings. For the safety and health of our visitors and staff, we will ask anyone who chooses not to follow these protocols to leave the premises.
