Integrated Design: A LEED, WELL, and Fitwel Case Study

This presentation will explore client and designer perspectives on the process of achieving goals for environmental and health outcomes. As a case study, we will share lessons learned from the fit-out of Arup’s office at 60 State Street in Boston, which pursued LEEDv4, WELL, and Fitwel certification. The team will share certification strategies that are complementary and at times contrasting.
