Healthcare Facilities MAY 2019
  • COST

Free and open to the public

  • TYPE

    CEs

  • AUDIENCE

    Professionals

Join us for a collaborative panel discussion with representatives from area healthcare institutions. Hear about the design and construction process from the owner's point of view to learn how we can all work together to create better outcomes for patients, providers and families.

We'll be joined by:
Shawn McGuinness - Manager of Design and Construction, University of Massachusetts Medical School
Andrea Kerr - Facilities Planner at Boston Children's Hospital
Mahta Ostovari - Project Manager, Massachusetts General Hospital Planning & Construction
Stephen Paquin - Senior Architect at Dana Farber Cancer Institute

We will start with three basic questions and let the discussion evolve from there:

  1. What wisdom, expertise, perspectives, or admonishments would you like to share with healthcare designers and architects?
  2. What would you like to learn from each other?
  3. How can the BSA Healthcare Facilities Committee be more helpful to you, your colleagues and your institution?

1.5 LU AIA credits are available.
