A/E/C industry marketers and firm leaders work hard to produce winning proposals for our clients, but are we giving them what they want to see? With today’s extremely competitive market and TLDR (“too long; didn’t read”) attention spans, clients may not necessarily read what (or as much as) you expect them to. In this session, we will discuss how to craft proposals that allow clients to quickly get the information they need to make a decision. We will also discuss internal processes that enable marketing and team leaders to successfully work together to not only meet the deadline—but make the shortlist.
