Fenestration and Window Schedules in the BIM Era - ARCHICAD User Group

Join us for a special meeting where guest presenter Yanni Alexakis will give us a better understanding of how to be more efficient with your Windows and Schedules and get to meet other ARCHICAD users in your area over refreshment and food.

Users will gain an understanding using BIM tools, tips and tricks for creating Window Schedules that provide the appropriate information for the code checking authorities, the contractor, window supplier, and manufacturer. You will come away with a greater capability to optimize drawings and productivity maintaining compliance.

Identify and analyze fenestration details and glazing requirements in a building to determine compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and construction guidelines
Learn how to incorporate European Windows types and functions within North American drafting standards
Examine available BIM elements and object components and review typical design techniques and issues
