Attention Span: Designing the Appleton Bridge

Bridges are one of the most visible and iconic expressions of transportation infrastructure. Recent and ongoing transportation investments around Metro Boston feature marvels of bridge engineering and design.

Our guest speaker Miguel Rosales AIA has been involved in the design of many iconic bridges, including recently completed pedestrian bridges. Reflecting on his recent work, Mr. Rosales will highlight the soon to be completed Appleton Pedestrian Bridge on the Charles River Esplanade.

Please join the Boston Society of Architects (BSA) Infra\tecture Committee at the BSA SPACE (290 Congress Street) on Tuesday, December 18 @ 6:00PM for a presentation and discussion with Mr. Rosales. The event is free and open to the public.
