Working with an Executive Coach for Architects

As part of our on-going effort to help small firms and solo practitioners find guidance for their practices, Cahal Stephens AIA, CPC, an architect with 35 years of experience and a trained executive coach, will speak about working with a coach to specifically address the challenges of running a small practice. This discussion will range from addressing daily working processes to setting a strategic long-term direction for your firm.

Cahal has been working with one of our committee members and will talk about this coaching relationship. To prepare for this session, think about the biggest challenges you are facing in your practice. As time allows, Cahal will offer a coaching response to some of these challenges to further illustrate his working process.

You can read more about Cahal’s practice here.

Lunch will be served at this meeting, so please RSVP so that we can get a good head count for food.
