Award submissions are asking for them, young designers are passionate about them, yet many design teams don’t know where to get started! Sustainability metrics are increasingly important to track during project delivery. How can project teams set benchmarks? Which metrics are the most important to track? This course will review and dive deep into five key metrics: 1. Water 2. Energy 3. Operational Carbon 4. Embodied Carbon 5. Lighting Using the COTE Super Spreadsheet and various external web-based tools, this course aims to put into the hands of all architects a way to set goals and benchmarks, and establish metric tracking for every project, at any stage and throughout the project delivery process.
