COTE: DOER Critical Stretch Code Series - Commercial Stretch + Opt-In (Virtual)

Please join us for the latest installment reviewing the MA DOER updated Stretch Code and Specialized Opt-In Code (225 CMR22 and 23). The subject of this presentation will focus on the changes to the code as they relate to Commercial Buildings of various use types. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of both the requirements needed to meet the updated stretch code and how to integrate these requirements into the design process.

The new commercial stretch code requirements took effect on July 1, 2023.
