This roundtable session will be an informal conversation about successfully navigating difficult conversations with clients on topics including schedule extensions, additional services, fee negotiations, errors and omissions, and saying no to requests. Sometimes, these conversations are high-stakes and can feel like a long-term client relationship hangs in the balance. Sometimes we build them up to be more momentous than they really are. Either way, they can be challenging and intimidating.
