Administration and HR Network: Workplace Felxibility

As technology and software evolve, workplace flexibility in time and space become easier to manage and part of regular office life. The June TAG meeting talked about workplace flexibility in practice; Admin/HR Wizards will talk about workplace flexibility in policy. How can we write policies for equitable flexibility practice without altering our company cultures? How can we promote communication? How can we use those practices and policies to retain staff? What does your office have in place to support remote work for more than just a snowstorm?

This will be our last meeting before two months off in July/August.
