How to Design/Build Projects that Last

This month's presentation will focus on building envelope - factors that affect the durability of wood on the exterior of a house. Antoinette Birknes from WindsorONE will discuss how we can increase the durability of the exterior envelopes that we design - so that we are designing envelopes that are healthy for the home. She will review best installation practices so that we can avoid mistakes. Antoinette will evaluate different method to use to increase the durability of the wood products used, discussing the differences between popular wood treatment methods and how these affect the wood.

For those who qualify, the presenter will provide 1 HSW credit.
