This summer the @BSAAIA and Housing Innovation Lab launched the first phase of the "Co-creating Boston's Future-Decker" competition. Now, you can view the incredible responses submitted by individuals and teams! View the RFI submissions virtually or in-person at the at the BSA Space's Imaginations of Home exhibition.

Co-Creating the Future-Decker is a competition where individuals and teams are invited to ideate and propose new housing that can be built on small sites. On July 30th the first phase of the competition, Request for Ideas (RFI), closed with a total of 20 submissions. This 2-phased competition aims to help address how housing at this middle-scale can help bridge a gap between small- and large-scale developments in the city.
