JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Manager position will be responsible for leading several small teams, typically 2-5 people, through the overall project design and documentation process on mid-to-large-sized multifamily projects. Responsibilities will include internal team management, consultant and client coordination, design schedule management, and reviewing progress on the overall project documentation. Responsibilities will extend into the construction administration phase.

Qualified candidates must be proficient in building envelope detailing, preferably in wood-framed multifamily construction, and have a strong understanding of building systems and local building codes. The applicant shall be highly motivated and possess strong communication, written, and organizational skills, as the candidate will be forward-facing and will collaborate daily with our Boston-based team. Proficiency in Revit is not required, however a strong plus. Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam are required. Qualified candidates for this position shall possess a B.Arch and/ or M.Arch with a minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in the field of architecture after completion of school. Professional licensure, while not required, is recommended and a strong plus.
