About This Position

The Jones Payne Group is seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Level Architect to join our team. We are a firm that works in both the public and private sectors, focusing on projects that positively impact communities. As Mid-Level Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the development of projects from concept through construction.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to develop project designs that meet client and other and other stakeholder requirements.
  • Travel to job sites throughout the country conducting field surveys.
  • Develop construction documents and provide support during the construction process.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in architecture, with a focus on public and private sector projects.
  • Strong design and technical skills, including proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Revu, and other design software. We are a Revit-first firm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, both in person and virtually.
  • Willingness and capability to travel to project sites nationwide.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification a plus.
  • Experience with community engagement and stakeholder management a plus.
