About This Position

As part of the marketing team, the Manager will have an important role in:

Strategizing and preparing proposal and qualifications responses
Developing public relations and outreach materials (including press releases, social media posts, e-news, promotional brochures)
Participating in outreach activities
Preparing presentations for client interviews and conferences
Coordinating awards submissions
Maintaining and updating marketing and project information
Updating firm website
Assuring consistency of firm identity standards across all materials

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, or related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in an architecture or related professional services firm
PC-platform expertise with advanced skills in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Teams) and Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
Working knowledge of WordPress backend
Excellent writing, editing, and graphic design skills
Excellent communicator with a collaborative and energetic outlook
Great organizational skills and an exceptional level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability and willingness to meet challenging and often multiple deadlines at once
