The 2018 IECC with MA amendments is now available and ready for use
The effective date for the new amendments is today, February 7, 2020, and the six-month concurrency period will end on August 7, 2020.

The amendment package includes the following:
- Massachusetts Amendments to the base 2018 IECC;
- Massachusetts amendments to Chapter 51;
- Updates to Appendix 115AA, the stretch Energy Code
