Bus Rapid Transit—A Global Perspective
The three speakers for last month’s Traffic Advisory series on June 19 at BSA Space literally woke many in the audience to the effectiveness of bus rapid transit (BRT), a relatively lower cost alternative to rail transit that relies on express bus routes.
With the exception of the Silver Line that extends from Roxbury to Logan Airport, Boston has invested less in BRT than many cities.
