Join Common Boston and the BSA Foundation on Friday, June 3, 2016 for 2016 Common Boston’s signature event, the dParty! Before 2016 Common Boston (#CB16) gives residents unparalleled access to dozens of architectural gems around 15 neighborhoods, this fun and lively event serves as the opening party for Boston’s first open house festival weekend (June 4 and 5).

Hosted at the Innovation and Design Building (IDB) in the dynamic Seaport District, this block party style event will transform the seventh floor of the IDB into its own streetscape party complete with games, food, a parklet lounge, and fantastic music! Great harbor views will complement what promises to be a great evening!

Instagram Photo Contest
The Instagram Photo Contest will launch at the dParty kickoff event on Friday, June 3 and continue through Sunday, June 5 at 11:59 pm. Winners will receive the festival's official t-shirt and two Architecture Cruise tickets for a tour on the Charles River! To enter, take Instagram photos of the dParty celebration or the sites you visit, and tag them using @commonboston, @bsaaia, and #CB16. Prizes will be awarded for Most Liked and Guest Judge Favorite. A selection of entries will also be promoted on Facebook and Flickr.
