When will the 10th edition of the state building code be available for use? Will there be another version of the stretch energy code? Will net-zero energy requirements be incorporated into the future 10th edition state building code? In this presentation, AIA MA Executive Director, John Nunnari walks you through the latest legislative and regulatory developments pertaining to these questions, discusses what it all means and how members can get involved. Time will be allotted for questions and discussion.
