Building Enclosure Council: Curtain Wall Design Assist with Virtual Design & Construction– Through the Lens of CM Leadership (Hybrid)

As Curtain Wall systems have been increasingly identified as design assist scope, Owners, Design Teams, Construction Managers, and Fabricators have had to develop new approaches for navigating this process. This presentation will detail how Gilbane leveraged their Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) team to facilitate a successful and collaborative process that synthesizes the (often) differing needs of each party while enjoying the benefits of schedule savings and delivering the highest quality product to the owner.
