Have you heard the Updated Stretch Code and the New Specialized Opt-In Code will be in effect this July?

Come learn from leaders in our community about a new pathway for compliance, TEDI, available for specific use types of Commercial buildings. TEDI stands for Thermal Energy Demand Intensity and was included in the codes as an alternative to Passive House certification. Our panel of experts will share insights into how following the TEDI pathway might influence a project's design process, project delivery, and envelope design. There will be time for questions.

This session is the third in a series of discussions about the big changes in the energy code for MA and its implications for architects. Sponsored by the COTE and Codes Committees of the BSA with the Boston Sustainable Design Leaders.
