Event Description
This presentation will review how migration trends toward the Sun Belt of recent years might not have a certain future. Instead, climate forecasts indicate New England and Canada are likely to see an uptick in climate migration in coming years. That has an enormous impact on housing, housing policy and housing creation. This presentation talks about the various stakeholders, including architects, and how the region can better prepare for future inbound migration.
