This presentation will address code challenges and considerations associated with interior workplace fitouts and renovations, focusing on related code changes as part of the 9th Edition MA State Building Code (780 CMR). The topics Paul will cover include vertical openings, means of egress arrangement, door locking, security, accessibly, interior finishes, and plumbing fixtures with an emphasis on integrating codes and creative design for interior workplaces.
