Send comments to the BSA and attend public hearingThe Boston Lobbying Commission recently released draft regulations for the City of Boston Lobbying Ordinance. Notably, the regulations exempt technical experts, including architectural disciplines, when they are providing technical information and not advocating for approval, denial or postponement of a decision or administrative action.The draft regulations are available here, and a public hearing is scheduled for Monday, February 10 at 6:00 pm at Boston City Hall.
