Eastie Farm has created a design of a capital project we are currently working to build at 6 Chelsea Terrace in East Boston! This is a geothermic Green House which will allow us to raise food for the community while having a space to teach nutrition, farming and climate resilience in after school programs to BPS students year round. Our favorite part is the many different components we could share, from composting, collecting rainwater, showing free space which reduces flooding among others. Many of these design elements can be incorporated into new and existing construction.
