The G.B. Triple-D is a creation based on a combination of a triple decker and Boston rowhouse. Triple deckers are home to many Bostonians and they will need to be modernized in the upcoming years to meet the needs of future generations in terms of affordability, accessibility, and sustainability. I made the G.B. Triple-D with that in mind, giving it a green roof, solar panels, and indigenous landscaping, all while keeping the historic character and architectural detail common to the style of housing we all love here in Boston.
