About DiMella Shaffer

At DiMella Shaffer, we practice the art of balance. It is our mission to help our clients make the world more beautiful, functional, and sustainable. Emphasizing a pragmatic approach, we focus on innovative design thinking, high-performance teamwork, and proactive project management to ensure our vision meets each client’s budget, schedule, and goals.

Our reputation for delivering design excellence is based on our ability to attract and retain creative, resourceful, passionate people who are eager to learn and grow within a collaborative and supportive community. Groups within our firm work together to support opportunities for growth and make us all better. These include an emerging professionals group, sustainability group, EDI group, social outreach, design toolbox, project manager and project architect groups, to name a few.

DiMella Shaffer is an equal opportunity employer (EOE) and, as one of our core values, we actively support diversity, equity, and inclusion.
