Context Architecture is looking for candidates with design savvy and good judgment combined with experience in team leadership and client relationship skills. Experience planning and developing major projects from a design, production and/or management perspective is a must for candidates. Candidates will seek out feedback from colleagues; participate in design reviews and project post-mortems. Candidate will be responsible for collaborative design of the interior and exterior of projects. Senior level positions will be responsible for planning, tracking budgets, manpower utilization, staffing and scheduling.

Ideal candidates must have a professional degree in architecture and must exhibit skill and experience in designing and drafting in all phases of work with emphasis in Design, Contract Documents and Construction Administration.

Applicants must be proficient with Revit in a professional setting; experience with BIM 360 is preferable but not required. Applicants must also possess good presentation, writing and verbal skills. Candidates with architectural registration and/or LEED accreditation are encouraged.
