BSA AIA25 Committee Updates:
Art & App Subcommittee
The BSA Art Subcommittee is seeking art submissions under the theme “My Boston” for the AIA25 Conference on Architecture & Design, to be used in collectibles made available at the Conference (such as postcards, framed prints, and other possibilities).
Each person loves Boston for different reasons. In this call for art submissions, we invite you to send us original artwork, showcasing your personal favorite Boston landscapes, landmarks or buildings - from Boston icons to the hidden gems around our city - expressed in your own artistic style.
The submission process is FREE and is NOT limited to BSA members. Artists whose work is approved for use will receive artistic credit, along with a free copy of the resulting expression/s.
All art must be submitted by Friday, January 31 @ 11:59 PM.
Learn more about submission guidelines and send us your art!
Exhibition Subcommittee
The Exhibition Subcommittee is expected to issue a Call for Submissions for a thematic exhibition in January. Exhibitions will be displayed in the BSA Space during and after AIA25. Stay tuned for more details!
Design School Subcommittee
The Design School Subcommittee will be reaching out to area schools regarding events, projects, exhibits and possible volunteering opportunities for AIAS leading up to and including the AIA25 Conference. Stay tuned for more details!
Studio Tours Subcommittee
Engaged Boston firms are given the opportunity to host a Studio Tour on Wednesday, June 4th from 6:30-8:30 PM.
Studio Tours are for socializing, networking, and sharing information about the firm and its work. Participating firms may opt to lead tours, present models or pin-ups, or give informal presentations, but these specific offerings are NOT required.
Firm selections will be at the discretion of the BSA. We expect interest to exceed capacity and regret that we won't be able to include every firm in the tours.
To be considered as a Studio Tour site, please complete the interest form by Monday, January 27. The BSA will review submissions, and notifications will be sent out by Friday, February 7.
Go to the form to submit your firm for a Studio Tour at AIA25.
