BSA is working with AIA to launch a student shadowing initiative to connect local college and university students from Northeastern, Harvard GSD, BAC, WIT, MIT, MassArt, UMass Amherst, RISD and Roger Williams with dynamic learning and networking opportunities during this year's conference. Selected students will receive a free conference pass and have the opportunity to shadow a design professional on Thursday, June 5. We're currently looking for conference attendees willing to be shadowed—interested in inspiring the next generation of designers? Contact Ben Peterson at [email protected].
Notecards remain on sale in the Registration section of the AIA site, and will be available at the BSA and AIA Design Shop during the conference. The AIA Guide to Boston app is in the process of being updated to include design award projects and firm updates to be ready in time for the conference.
Thanks to all the architects and designers who submitted their projects for inclusion in the BSA’s next exhibition, In Common: Sites of Encounter. The submission period has now closed and the jury will begin making the final selection of projects.
Reminders:
🔹 Exhibition Opens: June 1, 2025🔹 Public Reception: June 6, 2025 (during AIA25, program code EV221)
