  • COST

    $120

This presentation will give an overview of fireproofing for structural steel that goes into detail about testing, fire resistive designs, and Building Code Requirements. The difference and importance of Load Restricted vs. Non-Load Restricted UL Designs will be explained along with critical fireproofing issues and in-place performance requirements. Additionally, the presentation will explain what Pre-Applied Waterproofing / Contamination barrier is and why it is utilized. The presenter will address the challenges of pre-applied waterproofing /contamination barrier and identify some issues that result in failures. Critical performance attributes of a pre-applied waterproofing /contamination system will be identified to help ensure a successful, leak free waterproofing /contamination system.
