  • COST

    $120 ($60, BSA members)

This presentation will address the challenges developers, architects, and contractors face when developing multifamily housing projects in relation to federal and local accessibility requirements. As the environment becomes more litigious, even the smallest discrepancies are cited. During construction, this dimension can be a small as a 1/4" variation. The session will address common construction errors related to accessibility requirements in both the dwelling units and the amenity spaces. This will include when errors first become known on a project and how to successfully address and correct the issues.
