Designing the Restaurant Experience

  • COST

    $10, BSA and AIGA members; $20, non-members

*RESCHEDULED* Due to inclement weather this event, originally scheduled for March 21, was postponed to Tuesday, May 1.

Boston is home to a diverse (and delicious) restaurant scene, where dining choices range from old favorites to the latest culinary hot spots, from nationally known chains to local chef-owned bistros, and from the award-winners of Boston and Cambridge to the gourmet gems in the suburbs. While food is most often the main driver of visits, it’s the overall experience that brings in the ratings and continues to pique interest.

Join the Boston Society of Architects/AIA and AIGA Boston for an evening with experts in restaurant design to find out what goes into creating the restaurant experiences that are so widely shared and admired. Panelists will give lightning talks, spanning branding, architecture, interior design, and more. The presentations will be followed by a short Q&A session.

This event is taking place in conjunction with Dine Out Boston.
