Architects and Artists at Gropius House Homeschool Program

Through the powerful story of Walter Gropius, his family, and his friends, students will discover principles of modern architecture and the Bauhaus Movement. Gropius House provides an authentic backdrop for a discussion about sustainable housing and efficient design as students as become artists and architects when they design and build a small model home.

This event is a program of the BSA Foundation and Historic New England.

Advance registration required. No registrations will be accepted on the day of the program. One adult per family admitted free, additional adults pay full price. Each program is limited to 24 people. Ages six to 15. Strollers and backpack carriers are not permitted in the house museums.
