What is good business development? In the eyes of an owner what differentiates an industry professional/confidante from an industry obligation? Join us for a lively, interactive, and informative discussion on business development best practices. Through storytelling by a variety of owners and led by an active industry BD professional, Sarah McGillicuddy, director of business development and marketing of Acentech, we will explore what owners/firms expect before, during, and after meetings, calls, RFP/RFQs and interviews. Attendees will learn strategies for their own business practices and develop a sense of BD best practices in the eyes of the client and how to best position their firms for success.
After the program join SMPS for cocktails, networking, and light bites during our Mix@6!
