Building on our super-interesting October meeting, we've decided to continue our exploration into the art of diagramming in an interactive workshop format. If you were there in October, you got to see Jonathan Fournier, architect and Director of Höweler + Yoon, present his work in seven clever categories that allowed us to see the importance of this vital communication method throughout the design process.

Jonathan will be with us again along with Peter Atwood, Interim Director of Digital Media at the BAC, who will be helping us to look at examples and identify ways of enhancing the impact of our diagrams. If you would like to join this hands-on workshop there is a catch… You will have to bring a printed example of a diagram (or a few) that you've created or some good ones that you have found. You may also bring a digital version but you must have your own laptop to show it. We will be breaking up into small groups for critique and reporting back to the whole group in the end. If you didn’t attend the last meeting, you’ll still find great value in joining.

A portion of our meeting will also include a brief discussion of next year's plans for our group and an introduction to the crowd-sourced CITYPRINT project that our group is getting involved in.
