The Small Practices Network has been holding bi-weekly Zoom conversations to connect our network with one another and share resources and ideas. For our April 30th meeting we are thrilled to have Jessica Smith, Director of Human Resources and Administration at Bergmeyer, and Meg Gatza, Director of Operations at Bruner/Cott, join us. We will be focusing our discussion on HR topics dealing with Covid-19 impacts and beyond, such as hiring contract or temporary employees, initiating compensation and staff reductions, and sharing staff with other firms. As co-chairs of the BSA Administration and HR Network Knowledge Committee, Jessica and Meg will bring their insights and knowledge of available resources to our roundtable discussion.
