Boston's Department of Neighborhood Development (DND) provides funds to produce affordable housing in the city. DND's design and construction unit has organized a design review workshop in conjunction with the BSA to assist project teams in navigating DND's Design Review process. While the workshop is intended for development teams with awarded projects, working with the BSA, DND would like to open this session up more widely to engage developers, architects, contractors and consultants interested in working with the City on housing development. There will be 3 sessions covering:
Funding Application/Schematic Design to Design Development (May 8th)
Construction Documents to Contractor Selection (May 15th)
Construction Contract Review to Pre-Construction (May 22nd)
