Join us for our next monthly meeting, now online featuring a presentation from Michelle Apigian AIA of ICON Architecture on their new multi-family PH project in Gloucester:

In the heart of historic downtown Gloucester, Harbor Village will create 30 new mixed-income rental units in the second affordable Passive House building in the State. Just blocks from the waterfront, this building introduces new vibrancy to a long abandoned parcel, with three new commercial spaces that will enliven Main Street and provide opportunity for local entrepreneurs. Community input helped shape the design of this 4-story building, with an emphasis on thoughtful integration with the character of the existing neighborhood. The site also provides carefully screened surface parking and co-located community and laundry space. This mix of one- two- and three-bedroom units feature continuous, balanced ventilation, triple paned windows and all electric heating and cooling systems, for healthy, comfortable living. The team is actively collaborating to anticipate critical upcoming details in the look ahead and review them in 3D axonometric views intended to confirm sequencing, trade interaction and constructability.

Instructions to join the online meeting will be sent out to all registered participants.
