This session gives emerging professionals the opportunity to hear from a panel of those experienced in recruiting talent. Panelists will speak about the values that guide firms’ hiring decisions and the skills they seek most in new hires. Following the panel, there will be time for discussion and a question and answer session.

The BSA Emerging Professionals Network (EPNet) is an active social and professional network. Geared specifically toward recent graduates, Architectural Experience Program™ (AXP™) participants, young architects, designers, and other design/build professionals, EPNet hosts tours, presentations, firm visits, and other programs. It hosts regular planning meetings, which all interested professionals are encouraged to attend, and a number of programs throughout the year.
