Free and open to the public
Every November and March, the MIT Museum celebrates women in the science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) fields. This March, the theme is architecture and architects from the Boston Society of Architects/AIA will be on hand to take participants through a hands-on design project.
Throughout the day visitors can expect to explore, create, and investigate with architects and students from local universities and organizations. Hands-on activities, informal talks, and demonstrations are included with admission. This event is recommended for ages 10+ but all are welcome.
