Have you ever wondered about working with a Landscape Architecture? Collaborating with a Landscape professional can better enhance the curb appeal of your client's home. Your client will also be better able get the greatest value - aesthetically and functionally of the full extent of their property. This adds value to their house and helps to enhance your architectural design.

Michael Wasser from Michael Wasser Landscape Architecture, has worked for decades with many residential architects on a variety of urban and suburban residential projects. During this presentation, Michael will suggest how to work with a Landscape architect. He will discuss site planning and master planning for private residences as well as the importance of setting a new house at the proper grade. The ins and outs of permitting will be reviewed. Environmentally sensitive landscapes and increasing your living area by extending indoor living space to the outdoors will also be addressed. Michael will share examples of his work.

Please come with any questions you may have. It will make for a lively discussion!
