Residential Design: Understanding Radiant Floor Heating

Many Residential Architects desire a fuller understanding of the best way to heat and cool houses and how best to integrate these systems in our designs. As part of our presentations in 2021, we introduce Julie Lacasse from Warmboard. Julie will discuss the benefits of radiant heat to an architect's practice. You will be updated on the new technologies available in radiant heat. This discussion will also include an historical overview of this system, the physics of radiant heat, how it integrates into building systems as well as how it effects energy flow through the projects.
