In collaboration with the BSA’s Administration and HR Network, this Emerging Professionals Network (EPNet) session provides Emerging Professionals the opportunity to hear directly from a panel of those experienced in recruiting talent for architecture firms. Panelists will speak about the values that guide firms’ hiring decisions and the skills they seek most in new hires. Following the panel, there will be time for discussion and a question and answer session in smaller breakout rooms. Come ready to bring your 2021 career questions for an engaging session!

About the BSA Emerging Professionals Network
The BSA Emerging Professionals Network (EPNet) is an active social and professional network. Focused on promoting a growing community of young and emerging architects and designers, as well as recent graduates, and other design/build AEC professionals. EPNet hosts a variety of programs throughout the year: mentoring, panels and presentations, firm visits and tours, and many other social and professional events – both virtually and in-person. We also host regular planning workshops, which all interested professionals are encouraged to attend.
