With the ongoing transitions in how we work, from fully remote to back in the office in a hybrid form, the Small Practice Network and Admin+HR Network are thrilled to be in conversation with Diana Nicklaus AIA and Emily Klein about the present and future of remote work and office cultures. Diana is a principal at saam architecture, which was founded in 2014 with a robust remote work element in place from the start, and has continually offered their insights and leadership on this approach to our design community. Emily, Director of Workplace at Perkins&Will and author of “Workshift; Future-proof Your Organization for the 21st Century” has engaged the challenges and possibilities of remote work from many different perspectives throughout her career.
