Colleges and Universities are leading the way on reducing emissions towards their zero carbon commitments. Many of these institutions have successfully addressed the low hanging fruit of building-level energy savings, and are now planning for systemic emissions reductions in their campus energy systems. Representatives from Dartmouth College, Colby College, and Amherst College will share how they are studying and modifying their campus energy systems to meet their carbon goals, and the implications for designers on campus in the future.
This is a joint presentation by the BSA Committee on the Environment and the BSA Society of College and University Planning Committee.
