In our second Project Management Roundtable, we will address Strategies for Developing Fees. Using the lump sum contract as the basis for the discussion, we will look at how we develop an overall fee based on the building type, size of the project, basic services vs additional services, fee expectations of the client, and the current market conditions. We hope this will be a lively and interactive session and welcome those seasoned PM's to join in with their experiences. We will close the discussion with a review of topics of interest for future roundtables as well as our proposed schedule for the year.
